KINETIC ring II: fragmented stalks

One of a kind kinetic ring. Part of a small series called 'fragmented stems' the tops are molded on poppy stems, creating an unusual tactile texture.   These hollow silver stems are attached to the hammered ring shank with a small pin that allows the top two stalks to rotate.  
 
Preserving fragile and fleeting moments in silver, finding beauty in unexpected parts of nature and continuing to explore the silent tension between resilient growth and decay.
